As the Senior Pastor here at Hope Church, I’m the only permanent member of our Elder Board. It is a privilege and honor to serve alongside these godly, humble, servant leaders. As I also give overall leadership to our Lead Team, it’s such a joy to see the love, communication, respect, partnership, and accountability continue to develop and mature between these two leadership bodies.
