Novo works to create movements of committed followers of Jesus by pioneering new ground among the unreached and unchurched, bringing lasting transformation among the poor, and mobilizing the Church for mission.

In Germany today: less than 5% of the nation attends a local church on Sunday, only 2% of the youth call on Jesus as their Savior, the average age of an active churchgoer is over 50 years old, and over a million refugees have entered the country since 2015.

Their focus is on modeling a way of life that multiplies, equipping movement leaders, cultivating ministry partnerships, and sharing the gospel in Berlin. Berlin is one of the most atheistic places in the world and the Hesses believe it is ripe for Church planting.

Church Expansion Albania, Macedonia

Gregor serves as a church planter and strengthener with Church Expansion Albania. He is a modern day apostle. He and his family travel around the region to meet with fellow believers and pastors. He disciples them and equips them in their ministries. Currently their family is living and serving in Macedonia.

The Mengas offer a variety of music, art, education training, and community events through The Shift Center.

Youth With a Mission, Tirana, Albania

YWAM is a global missions movement with a goal to reach every nation on earth. This is first done by prayer and worship, consistent evangelism, and discipleship times either one-on-one or with courses. God has stirred faith in our hearts to believe for a fresh gospel movement in this nation and a missions movement from here to the nations! This project is one of faith and action to see the momentum grow into movements. Albania will change as we act in faith, from a nation with .5% to 1% believers to a nation experiencing a growing unstoppable movement of believers! We are believing Albania will be known as a missions force in the nations!
